The bk8ph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. bk8ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any deposits made by underage users will be returned to the original payment source after deducting applicable processing fees.

bk8ph primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process data in other countries.
